Sukoon Saturdays by Saamarthya Foundation is a thoughtfully curated expressive arts therapy program designed exclusively for parents of neurodivergent children. Held every Saturday at our Family Resource Center in Baner, Pune, these sessions provide a much-needed sanctuary for parents to unwind, reconnect, and rejuvenate.

Parenting a neurodivergent child can be a journey filled with unique joys and challenges. Sukoon Saturdays offer parents a supportive space to focus on their well-being, explore creative outlets, and build connections with others who share similar experiences.
