Speaker - Reena Gupta

Reena Gupta is the Founder Director of the Office of Learning Support at Ashoka University. She is leading a unique initiative to establish a comprehensive inclusive education framework supporting students with specific learning needs at the university level. She is driving a wide range of activities to expand the scope of disability management in higher education at Ashoka and is creating collaboration opportunities with other universities in India and abroad.

Under her leadership, the Office of Learning Support (OLS) is committed to helping students achieve their potential by creating an environment that fosters equity, inclusivity, and diversity. OLS operates on the belief that every student can realize their academic, creative, and professional potential if their specific learning needs are taken into account. The OLS provides a framework that allows each student facing learning challenges to achieve their goals with confidence in the higher education space.

Reena has a Master's in Clinical Psychology and holds a Certificate in Educational Therapy from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
