Why
Sobati?
Anganwadi centers are the backbone of India’s early childhood ecosystem—supporting children aged 0–6 years, pregnant women, and lactating mothers under the ICDS scheme.
Saamarthya has been granted permission to work across 268 Anganwadi centers in North Pune, with a pilot phase in 16 centers in Baner and surrounding areas.
Sobati exists to ensure that children with developmental delays or special needs are identified early and supported consistently—before gaps widen.
What Sobati Does:
Training for Anganwadi Workers and Parents
Equipping frontline workers and families with practical tools to observe, understand, and support child development at home and at the center.
Observation and Monitoring
Structured screening and ongoing tracking of developmental milestones to ensure no concern goes unnoticed.
Early Identification and Intervention
Timely referrals, therapy access, and professional guidance during the most critical years of brain development.
Sobati Help Desk
A support bridge connecting Anganwadi workers and parents to therapists, social workers, and intervention resources.
