About Shaloo Sharma
Shaloo Sharma is a seasoned Consultant, Educator, Life Skills Trainer, and Design Professional with over 25 years of experience, focusing on programs for Persons with Diverse Needs. She collaborates with parents, enterprises, and educational organizations to enhance Inclusive Practices, designs and delivers Life Skills and Career Training programs, and partners with corporate and industry sectors to train and employ individuals with diverse needs. Her global training sessions often emphasize Expressive Arts Therapies for Mental Health.
Shaloo is the Founder Director of Evoluer Solutions, a consultancy promoting inclusion across various sectors including hospitality, banking, insurance, retail, and manufacturing. She also promotes ECOS, a workspace for individuals with diverse needs, providing office services and employment opportunities. She runs an Expressive Arts Centre for Therapy & Cognition and formerly headed Pallavanjali, a learning center for special needs individuals, where she developed specialized curriculums.
Her advisory roles include positions with the Autism Society of India and Empower, Singapore, and she is on the Task Force for occupational standards, SCPwD. Shaloo holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Fine Arts, a Master’s in Applied Psychology, and a B.Ed. in Special Education. She has received multiple gold medals from Delhi University and certifications in various therapeutic practices.
Evoluer partners with prominent institutions like CSU-California, Lesley University-Boston, and Amity University NOIDA, and collaborates with SCPwD to enhance workplace success for PwD. Training partners include Microsoft, Amazon, Lemon Tree Hotels, and more.
